The Tritarian Party combines the best ideas from both sides to build a stronger, smarter, more united America. Not left. Not right. Forward.
Our Declaration
For too long, the political system has forced Americans to choose between extremes while the majority of citizens are left unheard. The Tritarian Party was created for the millions of Americans who believe in common sense, fiscal responsibility, personal freedom, opportunity, accountability, and unity.
The Tri Principle
Constitutional rights, free speech, religious freedom, and personal liberty — protected without compromise.
Fiscal discipline, government accountability, and solutions that America can actually afford and sustain.
Equal opportunity for every American — regardless of background, party, or zip code. One nation, forward together.
Washington, D.C.
Our Platform
Balanced budgets, strong middle class, incentives for American manufacturing, and tax fairness without over-taxation. Invest only in programs America can afford.
Lower prescription prices, transparent billing, and expanded preventative care.
Secure borders with a faster, fairer legal immigration process and humanitarian treatment.
Energy independence through oil, gas, nuclear, solar, and wind — reducing foreign dependence while investing in clean innovation.
Congressional term limits, ban insider trading, transparent campaign finance, and reduced government waste.
Trade schools, financial literacy, STEM investment, and responsible student debt relief.
Public Safety Standard
The Tritarian Party believes in strong, well-funded, and well-trained law enforcement — and in holding every officer to the same legal standard as every citizen. These two goals are not in conflict. They are inseparable.
We support ending qualified immunity — the legal doctrine that shields government officials, including police officers, from civil liability even when they violate constitutional rights. No one should be above the law. Accountability strengthens trust, and trust makes communities safer.
The Taxpayer Burden Problem
When a public official harms the public they swore to protect, it is fundamentally wrong for taxpayers — the very people harmed — to foot the bill for settlements and judgments. The Tritarian Party stands firmly against this practice. Penalties, fines, and civil judgments resulting from misconduct by public servants must be paid by the individuals responsible — not absorbed by the public treasury. Accountability must be personal, not collective.
Fines, settlements, and civil judgments stemming from misconduct by public officials must be paid by the offending individual — not by taxpayers. The public should never bear the financial cost of harm inflicted upon them by those sworn to serve them.
Fund de-escalation training, mental health response protocols, and community policing programs so officers have the tools to handle every situation effectively.
Deploy trained mental health professionals alongside officers for crisis calls — reducing harm, improving outcomes, and freeing law enforcement to focus on violent crime.
Reform or repeal qualified immunity so that officers who violate civil rights can be held accountable in civil court — just like any other citizen.
Establish independent civilian review boards with real authority, mandatory body camera policies, and public reporting on use-of-force incidents.
